Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@thesundaycollection.ca as soon as possible after pickup. We want every Sunday Collection order to arrive just as intended and will be happy to review any concerns.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up until 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may not be eligible for a refund, as your order may already be in preparation.

Orders that are not collected during the designated pickup window are not eligible for a refund.
